What we collect
Information you give us
- Booking details: name, email, phone (if provided), check-in/check-out dates, guest count, and any special requests you send at booking or via the inquiry form.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: emails, messages, and form submissions you send us.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, referring URL, browser type, device type, timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to remember preferences and measure how the Site is used.
How we use it
- To process and confirm your booking
- To communicate with you about your stay (confirmations, check-in details, follow-ups)
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
- To send you information about other properties or offers — only if you've opted in
Who we share it with
- Hosts: we share booking and guest information with the Host of the property you book so they can prepare for your stay.
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (email delivery). These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for our purposes.
- Legal: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Email preferences: unsubscribe links in any marketing email, or email us to opt out.
- Data access, correction, or deletion: email info@beourguestpropertymanagement.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
- Cookies: you can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Site functionality.
Data retention
We retain booking records as long as needed to operate the business and comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements — typically seven years for financial records. Inquiry messages and marketing contacts are retained until you ask us to delete them.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we've collected information from a child, email us and we'll delete it.
International visitors
If you're visiting from outside the United States, please note that information you submit will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
