We manage your home like a boutique hospitality business: professional photos, dynamic pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and a dedicated direct booking website with your property front and center.
What you get
- A real brand for your home. Every property we manage gets its own page on this site, plus (optionally) a custom domain. Guests see a polished destination, not a listing in someone else's catalog.
- Direct bookings without Airbnb fees. When guests book here, you keep the 17% service fee that would otherwise go to the OTAs.
- Dynamic pricing. We use market data to adjust rates by season, weekday, and demand — so your home is never overpriced or underpriced.
- Full guest comms. We answer every inquiry, handle check-in, troubleshoot mid-stay issues, and request reviews. You hear from us only when you need to.
- Cleaning and turnover. We coordinate cleanings between bookings so the home is guest-ready every time.
- Secure payments through Stripe. Guests pay by card; you get direct deposits to your bank. No mailed checks, no accounting mess.
- Calendar sync with Airbnb, Vrbo, and others. Keep listing on the big platforms too if you want — we sync availability so you never double-book.
How we're different from a traditional PM
Most property managers charge 25–30% of booking revenue and communicate by email. We charge a flat, transparent percentage that's lower than traditional PMs — because we built our own technology stack, we don't need a huge operations team to run it.
You also get visibility we built ourselves: a dashboard with real booking data, payout details, and performance trends. No more waiting until the end of the month to see how your home is doing.
How it works
- We review your property. Tell us about your home — size, location, amenities, current listings if any. We'll tell you honestly whether we think it's a good fit and what revenue we think it can earn.
- We onboard the home. Professional photos, listing copy, pricing strategy, cleaning and maintenance vendor setup, calendar integration.
- You start getting bookings. Direct bookings happen right here on this site. If you want, we also list on Airbnb/Vrbo with synced pricing and availability.
- You get paid. Direct deposits hit your account after each stay, minus our flat management fee.
